We’re a big fan of speedrunners. So when we saw that a YouTuber beat Doom Eternal in a little over a half-hour, we had to share it with you!
The YouTuber who currently holds the Doom Eternal speedrun world record is Distortion2. They have 159K subs at the moment, and I’d imagine that it is about to get quite a bit larger after this.
By the way, if you’re into the game’s soundtrack, I’d recommend checking out this behind the scenes video. It looks at the game’s heavy metal soundtrack. The choir includes names such as Tony Campos (Ministry; Static X), Sven De Caluwe (Aborted), Linzey Rae (The Anchor), and more.
Doom Eternal, of course, was delayed last year. The game launched last month on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. If you don’t already have it, you can get the PC version on sale for $53.
