Super Mario Bros. 3 is widely considered one of the best in the franchise. Originally released for the NES in 1990, the game was re-released on the SNES as part of Super Mario All-Stars.
YouTuber ElAnalistaDeBits put together a comparison video to show off some of the differences between the two versions of the game. Unsurprisingly, the SNES version has more colors, more detail in the background, and just overall more vibrancy. It’s like night and day.
