Information about the release of the next-gen consoles version and a possible patch fixing the large amount of bugs in the game is expected.
CD Projekt Red has announced via their Twitter account that an announcement event for Cyberpunk 2077 will take place on Twitch tomorrow. Given that the next-gen version is set to appear in the first quarter of 2022, it’s probable that the game’s PS5 and Xbox Series X|S release date may be announced tomorrow.
A lot of expectations behind the event
Despite the fact that this information is floating around the game’s community, CD Projekt Red has not verified it. Furthermore, even a year after its debut, the Polish firm is said to be working on a patch to remedy the game’s numerous flaws.
The next-gen version of Cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to be released by the end of 2021 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, but a delay was revealed in October, pushing it back to the first quarter of 2022, which means we’ll see it before April.
